My sincerest sympathies.
Leshia and Devin, I met your mom through Beta Sigma Phi. She was one of the founding forces in establishing the career chapter I became a member of. I remember her wonderful easy happy laughter, her tremendous love of and pride in both of you, and her love of teaching. She was a beautiful gentle compassionate soul and will be sadly missed.
My condolences to her grandchildren, siblings, family and friends.

Leshia and Devon,
I’ve been trying to think of individual memories to share about your mom but, I find every memory is tied to your dad as well. When I think of them, I remember two of the kindest people I ever met. Never did I hear either of them say anything negative about anyone. Both would have such interesting things to talk about and share with others. Both were calm and patient. Both contributed so much of themselves. For ECC events, Don would say “Les and Clara are looking after all the food again! They enjoy doing it and everything is so organized!” or “Clara is planning the kids games!” What I know of the two of you is that you have inherited that same calmness, kindness and patience.
Thinking of you. Take care.

Thank you for the beautiful video of your mom. I loved seeing her smiling face. I loved the memories of her with your dad and the ones with my mom. Knowing she is at peace, and is with mom and your dad brings comfort. As I sit here, the enormity of our loss this year is overwhelming. However, the Endicott family, with all our quirks, is a strong, beautiful family, and we will remain strong and together, just like they taught and expect us. I wish I could be there in person, but I am with you in my heart. Clara...you left an amazing legacy, be proud and realize they will be okay because of your strength.
All our love. Kalin, Peter, Jaxson and Rylin

I had the pleasure of meeting Clara on a Cross Canada tour in 2017. Interestingly, we had grown up only a few miles from one another. I felt an immediate connection with her, spending many quality times together during that trip, as well as over a chatty meetup dinner a couple years later. Clara was a phenomenal woman... warm, loving, friendly, high energy, vibrant, professional, stimulating, and fun. Her conversations and life were full with references to her late husband, children, and grandchildren. I extend my condolences to the family, and I will always remember you Clara. _ Elaine M. Strom

Clara's Family, Your Mom was the grade 2 teacher for both of our sons and they too have many memories of her, as the parents going to the first interview of a grade 2 student our only question was- how do you expect us to help our kids learn these huge spelling words from Monday to Friday? Your teacher Mom calmly explained that with time this assignment would get easier and the students would be lifelong fantastic spellers-she was right it worked!! We send our sincere sympathies to you for your huge loss and may all your memories carry you along as you start this new journey of life without her. James and Lorna Andres

Clara taught our three children, She taught our youngest during my cancer experience, extending great kindness and compassion. As time went on I had the privilege of teaching at Wymark School and my classroom was beside Clara’s classroom. We had many conversations through the years and shared our professional as well as personal concerns, passions and challenges along with some laughable moments. I cherish the good times and fun we experienced and am grateful for her support through the challenges. When our paths would cross, once she retired, she had transitioned to enjoying life outside of the classroom too. She was a fun loving lady, a fine teacher, a trusted confidante, She will be missed.

Clara was my Grade 1 teacher at Wymark.... now knowing her age our class might have been her first. She was always kind but firm with us and I distinctly recall her laugh. I was fortunate to cross paths with her in the past year and recalled my time under her careful teaching. We were fortunate to have her. My condolences on her passing.
