Mildred worked all her life while raising her three children, saying that was her greatest accomplishment. She retired from the Bank of Montreal in Swift Current in 1988. She was very active in the Square Dancing Club, played cribbage at the Legion of which she was a member at Branch 56. She was a past Worthy Matron of Eastern Star. Her hobby was painting, leaving her family many beautiful paintings to treasure. In 2015 she moved to Autumn House in Gull Lake and in 2018 she then resided at the Gull Lake Special Care Home. We cannot express enough our gratitude for all the tender care, respect and love given to Mildred. We were truly blessed at both places. A family graveside service will be held at a later date.
