Harlos Gerrad Lee

January 21, 1980 - March 1, 2021

Beloved father, brother, son, and uncle Gerrad passed near Anzac Alberta at the age of 41. Born January 21, 1980 in Moose Jaw to Paula and Monty Harlos.

Survived by parents Paula Park and Monty Harlos.  Children Dawson, Ashton, and Haaven Harlos. Brother Jeff (Denise) nieces Kaylee and Taylor Harlos, brother Perry (Gwen) nieces Brielle and Janae Harlos.

Predeceased by grandparents Donavon and Rowena Park. Ted and Dena Harlos, numerous aunts and uncles, cousins and close loved ones.

Gerrad took on a leadership role to his brothers at the tender age of 10. He would take them on daily adventures around Mossbank where they lived with there mother. Bike rides with friends and pushing limits were some fond memories. They would challenge each other to see who could build the biggest ramp and clear the most garbage cans. Gerrad looked forward to the weekends he’d spend with his grandpa and uncle at the farm where they would later work shoulder to shoulder. As Gerrad’s family started to grow he would move them to Swift Current in search of a brighter future and more opportunity. The gas rush was on and Gerrad found a spot with Carson Welding running equipment such as dozer, track hoe and plow. Gerrad had a passion for heavy equipment and took every chance to run something bigger with more responsibility. Gerrad loved taking his kids and multiple other family members on trips that included hunting, fishing, quading and spa dates.  Gerrad loved hosting large family suppers and birthdays that were over the top entertaining.  We all shared in the prosperity he worked so hard for. Gerrad brought people together, always opened his home to those in need and will forever be remembered as the center point of our family. He was the start of every good idea and exciting adventure. We overcame hurdles and literally climbed mountains under his guidance.

Gerrad was a brother, an uncle, a son, a friend, a teacher, a mentor, a leader, a role model, a thrill seeker, a provider, a best man more then once, our coach but most important he was a damn good Dad, and he loved his kids Haaven, Ashton and Dawson more then anything in this world.

Always on our minds, forever in our hearts.

Love you forever!

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to Dorie's House in memory of Gerrad.
