Obituary of Jason Anthony Zeller

Jason “Fuzzy” Zeller passed away in a motor vehicle accident on September 14, 2020 at the age of 45. Jason is survived by his children Jayden, Greyson and Sadie-Mae, partner Carley (Nikita), mother Linnea, sister Kristi and Jeff (Dallyn, Rhett, Briell), brother Trent and Emma (Saige) and sister Tania and Chris (Jack, June, Hazel), grandparents Tony and Sharon Sander, along with many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends. Jason Anthony was born on May 21, 1975 in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. As a child Jason enjoyed hunting, motorbiking, sailing and working on cars. He spent many hours outside at the farm and enjoyed summers at Clearwater Lake. Jason’s journey was a long one that included many different paths along the way. Upon graduating high school Jason began his career in ‘the patch’ which took him to many places and countries … cultivating many friends along the way. His life took a few detours before coming home and eventually taking over the family seed cleaning business after his father’s passing in 2015 … widening his circle of friends. Jason shared his passion for music, baseball, hunting, etc. with Carley and children, gathering to watch whenever the Blue Jays played or cruising the country side on the search for that big buck. Every year he looked forward to his annual fishing trip to Scimitar Lake with his buddies. Jason wrote his own rules and paved his own way. His personality was gigantic and he often had a whole room laughing. He was always willing to lend a hand and would do anything for his friends and family. Most of all Jason deeply loved and cared for Carley, ‘their’ children, and all his family. He will be truly missed and, in our hearts, forever. A trust fund has been set up for Jason’s children, Jayden, Greyson and Sadie-Mae, starting Friday, September 25th, 2020 contributions may be made by e-transfer to: jzellermemorial@gmail.com or by deposit at the Innovation Credit Union to: Jason Zeller Memorial account. Wire transfer information available upon request. A celebration of life service was held on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at 2pm-4pm at the Zeller family farm.
