Obituary of Sean Fitzpatrick

FITZPATRICK, Sean Maclean - Sept 4,1973 - June 12,2020 (father Brian Fitzpatrick, mother Valerie Wiebe) of Swift Current, SK. He is survived by : Mother Valerie Wiebe, Uncle Ken (Leanne) and family, Aunt Kathy (Mark) Kovar and family. Uncle Derryl (Tracy) and family. Uncle Les and family and their mother Heather Wiebe. And all his family, friends and work family. Predeceased by : Maternal grandparents Jake and Lena Wiebe, Paternal grandparents Carl and Nelda Fitzpatrick, Brother Darcy Fitzpatrick, Father Brian Fitzpatrick and Uncle Berl Dirkson. Sean was born in Ottawa, On. 2 weeks early of course. He was always in a hurry. He loved to feed the squirrels, go for a walks along the canal and shop at Byward Market. They always gave him samples! In 1979 we moved to Swift Current. He loved being close to the extended family. He spent many hours SK8 boarding. And tormenting his little brother. I've heard stories! Sean moved to family in Winnipeg in his early teens. He completed high school and began his journey in the music industry. First playing in several bands and then on to the tech side. He worked with lighting and sound boards, up in the rafters rigging, set ups, tear downs, guitar teching, small venues, large venues. He loved it all. He was living and working hi passion and joy. Rest in Peace my son. Which I know will not happen. You are up there tearing it up with your brother Darcy.
