Three Aunts Cindy (Russell) of Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Bonnie (Rob) of Contour, Saskatchewan and Cathy of Swift Current, Saskatchewn and many cousins.   Alex was predeceased by his older sister Pamela Dawn Busse as well as his Grandfathers Bernard Busse and Myron Cobler.  Alex was born on October 5, 2002 at the Swift Current Regional Hospital.  Alex lived with his Mom and Dad in Pennant, Saskatchewan.  In December 2004 the family moved to Swift Current, Saskatchewan where Alex attended Natural Wonders Early Learning Centre.  Alex attended Ashley  Park School from Kindergarten to Grade Five and then O.M. Irwin School for grades Six to Eight.  Alex then attended the Swift Current Comprehensive High School for Grades Nine and Ten.  While in School Alex made many dear friends and unless you knew him he was a shy quite boy. Alex had many interests which included throwing the ball around, playing football, baseball and playing basket ball with his friends either at home or at one of the nearby school yards. He loved riding his bike, scootering and skateboarding they were all a big part of Alex's short life.  Alex's nature was true to form....(he did have have RED HAIR!)  For a few years Alex  found himself interested in Archery, he enjoyed it so much he saved up enough money to buy his own Bow (and not a cheap one)!as Alex had expensive tastes.  We were all proud of his accomplishments!  Alex was a fisherman at a young age, he would go often with his Grandpa Busse and Allan Hoderbein who was instrumental in teaching Alex the different techniques about fishing, from tying a leader on properly to baiting a hook.  Alex loved visiting the Busse's Farm and Cobbler Farms which he did often.  If he was able to get into a tractor you would have had a hard time getting him to leave without a fuss. As Alex got older he would go and help his Dad cut grass, helped with branding, feeding cows and hauling bales of hay.  He also loved to ride his trusty horse Rusty as often  as he could.  If you had to make a list of Alex's all time favorite sport interets, it would have to be the Calgary Flames as he collected as much of the Flames memorbilia that he could. Alex spent many many hours at the nearby outdoor rink with his many friends and would be dissappointerd when Bob Hilts turned the lights out and kicked him out of the shack.... Alex had many other interests that he enjoyed and many friends.  He will be missed dearly by everyone in his short life.....  A memorial service was held on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion Hall in Swift Current, SK.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Alex may do so to the SPCA.  For further information or to sign the family book of condolence, visit www.parksidefuneralhome.com.  Arrangements are in care of Parkside Memorial Funeral Home – Ryan Cappelle.
