ELLIS – William (Bill) Howard passed away peacefully at The Meadows in Swift Current after a courageous battle with a rare form of cancer. Bill is survived by his wife, Karen, his son, Tyler, daughter in law, Stephanie, three grandchildren, Airiana, Ethan, and Rylie, his brother, Grant sister in law, Gwenda and nieces, Stephanie, Jennifer, Katherine and great nephew Hubert, his aunt Francis Baskerville and her children, Doug, Orville, and Wanda. Bill was predeceased by his mother, Jacqueline in 2004, his father, Oral in 2011, his sister, Merry in 2013, and his brother, Bob in 2015. Bill started his career with Saskatchewan Wheat Pool, then moved on to selling vehicles and farm equipment. In 1998 Bill moved back to the Verlo area to farm. Farming was his passion and he was still farming this spring. Bill’s greatest joy was his family, especially his grandchildren.
