DICKIE – Ronald, at the age of 69, Ronald James Dickie went to be with the Lord on Sunday April 9, 2017 at the Cypress Regional Hospital after a courageous battle with brain cancer. Ron leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife Pat, his children Jenita, Matthew, Tyler (Amanda) and grandson Evan; brothers Brian (Donna), Gary, sister Pattie Dickie and great aunt Winnie Dickie. Also survived by brother-in-law Glen Stephenson (Shar), Ross Lundgren, sister in law Marilyn Stephenson, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Ron was predeceased by his daughter Jolene, his parents Adam and Georgina Dickie, sister Linda King, father and mother-in-law Doug and Ruth Stephenson, and sister-in-law Doris Lundgren. Ron had many names throughout his life: son, husband, father, brother, uncle, cousin and friend, but the name he loved the most was Papa. He loved to talk about his little buddy Evan and was so excited to meet his new grandchild in May. Donations to the Church of the Open Bible Memorial Fund would be appreciated by the family.
