BRUNSDON Eileen Claire. It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the sudden and peaceful passing of Eileen Claire Brunsdon (nee Maze) on January 14th, 2013 in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. Claire was born on June 9th, 1928 in Cutknife, Saskatchewan. She was predeceased by her husband Al and brothers Gerald, Keith, Clifford, sisters-in-law Aline, Kay and Edna. She is survived by her children Wayne (Chris), Laurie (Kevin) and Pat (Karen), two grandchildren Denise and Clark, sisters Jeanne (Ray) and Ethel, brothers Jack and Earle, numerous nieces,nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Claire was a very caring and loving person. Her home was filled with life and hospitality. She was active in her church, community and enjoyed bowling. Her love and support of sports events was well known by all who loved her. Claire enjoyed camping, dancing and travel. She along with her husband were able to see Canada, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia and western parts of the U.S. Claire was well loved and will be missed by all those who were a part of her life. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Claire’s name to Rajput Research RUH Foundation, Royal University Hospital, 103 Hospital Drive, Saskatoon Sask.S7N 0W8. There will be a memorial held in the spring. The family would like to thank the staff at the Swift Current Care Centre for their wonderful care of our parents over the last few years.
