FEHR – Kenneth Abe of Swift Current passed away Saturday, October 1, 2016 at his home. Kenn is survived by his wife Lynda, daughter Marlaina (Kyle) and granddaughter Emmalynn of Shaunavon, SK, three step daughters and many step-grandchildren as well as siblings; Shirley Fehr of Lethbridge, AB, Richard (Colleen) of Sundry, AB, Ron Fehr of Lethbridge, AB, Stan Fehr of Lethbridge, AB and Shelly (Bernie) Warkentin of Taber, AB. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Kenn was predeceased by his parents Abe & Mary Fehr and sister Linda. Kenn was born May 6, 1962 in Swift Current and raised in the Taber, AB area. Kenn and Lynda met in November of 1983 and raised their family in the Taber/Lethbridge area. They moved to Swift Current in July 2004. Kenn worked as a truck driver for Donaldson Contracting and Big Eagle until he became ill. Kenn enjoyed playing video games and enjoyed eating his wife’s good cooking. He was an avid and talented crocheter. He created many afghans for friends and family. In his last year he enjoyed adult coloring and watching his favorite shows. Kenn enjoyed spending time with the children and they always came first. Kenn’s faith became stronger in the last year and he looked forward to meeting his Savior. A graveside service was held at Rosenhof Cemetery on Thursday, October 6, 2016.
