MCKINLEY – Donald (Butch) age 72 years, passed away on August 3, 2013 at the Cypress Regional Hospital. Butch is survived by his wife Cheryl, puppy Suzie; son Jeff (Grace), Aaron, Amber-Lynn; daughter, Janet (Owen), Miranda, Michael, Makayla; great grandchildren Ethan & Sophie; father-in-law John Allan (Mildred Ernst); Rodney and Allan McCullough; brothers, Jim Mckinley, Lyle (Gail) McKinley; sisters, Margaret Smart and Lorraine Deloray; sister-in-law Carol Pope, Darlene (Tom) Trithart, Melody (Jim) Parks, Sandra (Randall) Dyck and numerous nieces and nephews. Butch was born and raised in Swift Current. He was a journeyman electrician for many years, in his later years he drove a cab. He enjoyed camping, fishing and visiting friends. A celebration of life service will be held on August 10, 2013 at the Lions Hall from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Memorial donations in Butch’s memory can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of your choice.
