We were truly saddened to hear of your loss and wish we could have been with you today. Many fond memories of Beth from elementary and high school and lastly visiting her in Wascana. She was always so upbeat and smiling when we went up. Our condolences to the family.

I remember too Beth always with a smile on her face. I can see her bringing lots of entries to the flower shows, but always making time to answer other people’s questions and encourage them in their interest in flowers. What joy and grace she lived life with!
“The tide recedes but leaves behind
bright seashells on the sand.
The sun goes down, but gentle
warmth still lingers on the land.
The music stops, and yet it echoes
on in sweet refrains…..
For every joy that passes,
something beautiful remains.”

Beth was a wonderful friend and co-worker, always a smile and her gardening advice was always welcome. I grew many bedding plants which she tended so delicately. Each time I grow or see gladiolas I think of Beth. Many in our office still recall her generous deliveries of glads with great fondness.
