ERKER – Margaret passed away April 30, 2016 at her home in Swift Current Saskatchewan. She was predeceased by her parents Elizabeth and Roy Erker as well as her sisters Katherine Bitz, Eleanor Reeve, Cecelia Brown, twin sisters Frances and Elizabeth in infancy and brothers in law Roy Bitz, Allan Gamble. She also leaves to cherish her memory brother Vincent (Marg Erker) of Medicine Hat; sister Tillie (Rene) Pinel of Saskatoon, sister Theresa (Carson) Rine of Pincher Creek, brother Gerald (Linda) Erker of Townsville Australia, sister Anna Gamble of Calgary and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Margaret was born January 23, 1936. She attended the Liebenthal school. Leader was home for Margaret for many years. Margaret was an active member of the CWL and the Catholic Church. She enjoyed her evenings of praying the rosary with friends. Margaret also passed many hours doing artwork, which she loved to share with friends and family. Donations can be made in memory of Margaret to the Canadian Mental Health Association. A funeral mass was held on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Christ The Redeemer Roman Catholic Parish.
