DIXON – Mary Elsie (nee Dyck) passed away peacefully with her family by her side on June 7, 2017 at the age of 73. Mary will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Walter, her children; Tracy (Clarence), Keith (Linda), Crystal (Doug), 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 4 brothers, 2 sisters, 4 sisters-in-law, 1 brother-in-law and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Peter and Helena Dyck, 4 brothers, a sister and 2 sisters-in-law and 2 children. Mary was born in the Herbert area, attended Herbert School, worked and lived in Herbert, Maryfield and Swift Current. Mary enjoyed planning bingo, camping, playing cards, and drinking coffee. She recently enjoyed playing and spending time with her great-niece Laylah. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation. A service will be held at the Community Baptist Church on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Joell Haugan officiating. The interment will take place at a later date.
