I was so sorry to hear of Darcy's passing. My sincerest condolences to Loretta and all the family . I visited with him in the hospital the last week of Sept. when I saw him in a room when I was visiting my husband who was a patient at that time. ! worked with Darcy at WalMart. He worked on our vehicles. got to know him better than. Also had short visits when out for my walks and went by his place. Sometimes I got to visit Loretta as well. Prayers for God' comfort

This is one of my hardest goodbyes. We will miss Darcy very much to say the least. I met the smiths when living in Hodgeville. Jenn became my closest neighbor. I boarded Jenns horse whiska, we spent many hours riding together, sometimes Loretta would come along too. The best sleigh rides were the ones with the Smith family. They made us part of their family. They are the kindest people ever. I became very close to Darcy the last year he worked for Dwayne Deobald. Loretta was moving to a home in Swift Current, so Darcy stayed with us until winter. We drank many pots of tea and had many laughs as no one can decribe a situation like darcy with his humour. I think knowing him and his family has enriched my life and made me a better person for it. Rest In Peace dear friend, you will never be forgotten!

Loretta and family, I am so sorry to read of Darcy’s passing. I worked with him at Walmart and found him to be such a pleasant and knowledgeable person. Later I had the pleasure of dealing with him at a local business where I worked, again very pleasant to deal with. His loss will be mourned by all who knew him. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your families

Sorry to Hear of Darcys passing, I worked a few years with Darcy at Walmart TLC and I can say there was never a dull moment working with Darcy, The stories and jokes and knowlege he shared would always leave you walking away with a smile on your face rip Darcy
