One or two of your teachers always seem to stand out in your memory. I never forgot Miss Sauer. She was a lovely person and a nice teacher. So happy to hear that she eventually married and had a long, happy life.

Loretta and her cousin Ron were my Godparents when she was just 15. She was also my grade four teacher and Sunday school teacher. It would always be so special when I would be allowed to go sit with her in church. I am so happy I had the opportunity to reconnect with her lately. These last four years have been profoundly special to have her back in my life. Thank you Loretta for opening your heart to me.

Q: Describe where Loretta worked and what they did A: Very sorry to hear of Aunt Loretta’s passing. I remember when I was younger she’d take my sister and me to her classroom and we could help decorate or clean (which seemed quite exciting then!). May she rest in peace.
