Gary was a highlight to every day I got to see him, he would have a new joke every time. I will miss his great sense of humor and his smile. My sincere condolences to his family.

Sorry to hear about Gerry's passing. I fondly remember the trips the two of us made to Regina, Moose Jaw and Cypress to participate in "Ham" activities such as Field Day, Flea Markets and Ham Fests. Those were good times, he always had a few jokes to tell.
When we moved from Wymark to Swift Current in December of 1995 he was there to help out. Boy was it cold that day!
So good by old friend...REST IN PEACE

So sorry to hear of Gary's passing. I knew and worked with Gary for over 50 years and always enjoyed his quick smile and a joke or two every time we met. Rest in peace my friend and keep them amused up there.

Gary was one of the first people that I met when I came to Swift Current in 1981. He just lived a few blocks away on 9th NW.. My husband at the time was involved in amateur Radio. Gary would come over to learn all about it. He always had a joke. And he always called me young lady, even though he was only four years older than I was. I was so happy For him when he told me he got married and when I met his wife. When I still drove school bus, beside his house was my first stop. He would always come and tell me a joke in the mornings. I would see him out and about. At market Square ,in the stores ,everywhere and he always stopped to talk to me. Gary you will most definitely be missed By anyone who knew you. Fly high young man. My husband also knew Gary as he worked with him at Acklands back before I even lived here. Our deepest condolences to his family. David and Susan White.
