It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Helen Carol Miller, of Swift Current on the 14th of May, 2024, at the age of 77 years.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 55 years Glenn; children: Shawn (Lori) and Wendy. Grandchildren: Danielle, Kirby, Morgan, Trystan and Tyler; great grandchild; Drayken.

She will also be dearly missed by her brother Ken Anderson (Marguerite); as well as numerous nephews and nieces.

She was predeceased by her parents Magnus and Katherine Anderson; sister Louise Anderson; and her brothers: Albert Anderson, John Anderson, Edward (Andy) Anderson, and George Anderson.

Helen was born and raised in Limerick, Saskatchewan. She met Glenn in Rosetown, where she worked at the TD bank. They married on November 9, 1968 and later moved to Lacadena where they took over the family farm.  Helen worked for the R.M.s’ of Lacadena, Marengo and Beechy, which she thoroughly enjoyed. They farmed at Lacadena for 40 years and retired to Swift Current where they lived until her passing. Helen volunteered for several organizations: Bookkeeper for the Lacadena Rink and held various roles within the Special Olympics Swift Current for 25 years. She enjoyed several trips from the west coast to the east coast.
