I remember the homecoming visits to number 19 in Abergavenny, sacred heart over the TV, exotic yet familiar children and their kindly good natured dad in an easy stride with my dad Paddy, Johnny’s pipe tobacco smoke and furiously boiling cabbage and potatoes for the Sunday roast. The sense of enduring warmth and belonging then, and still there visiting Jean and John in Kyle. Bricks and mortar of the family, very much loved.

So sorry to hear of Johns passing. Many years ago we both worked at Spargroup, he had an infectious laugh and always a story to tell. He was a wonderful man and always had time to say hello and chat for a while. Rest in peace a John your light will continue to shine

Mr Doyle made me feel special since i was a young girl in Beechy to an adult 50 yrs later. He always greeted me by my name… and always had that wonderful smile. i’m so saddened by his passing.. He was such an awesome guy.

So sorry to hear of John's passing. He was a great guy who had an infectious laugh. I met John when we both worked at SparGroup and he was a well-loved coworker to us all. Heaven has gained an angel for sure. Deepest condolences to the entire Doyle family.

Very saddened to hear of the passing of the wonderful man that is Uncle John Doyle. We have fond memories of him from our visit to the family in Canada in 2018. Hearing his stories was a pleasure. He could light up any room with his infectious laugh and lovely smile. He will be missed. We loved talking to him and aunty Jean via video call too. One of our favourite memories is seeing how much he laughed sharing a small go cart with Dhillon and how much they laughed together Sleep tight John. May the angels look after you Tarren, Melanie and Dhillon xx
