Susan Klassen went to be with the Lord on December 5, 2025 at the hospital in Herbert Sask. Susan was born in Springfeld Saskatchewan on August 6, 1938. She spent all of her life in Springfeld until she married John Klassen in 1958. Susan started her working career at the Healy hotel as a chambermaid. After meeting and marrying John Klassen she settled down with her husband in July 28, 1958. They, as a couple moved many times including two moves to the La Crete Alberta area. Susan voiced many times that she didn’t like moving, but John was always looking for greener pastures . Susan finally got her wish in 1975 where they settled in the home They built together and lived there for 49 years. They were married for 66 years and in that time they had four sons and one daughter. Throughout her whole life, she loved the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. She loved to sing with John, especially gospel songs, Susan is lovingly remembered by her children, Dan(Betty) John(Lana)Frank(Diana)and her daughter Martie, their grandchildren, Jolissa(Travis)Steven, Darcy, Rebecca(Andrew) Heidi, Paige(Sean) Zane(Sloane)Dj and Prairie, great grandchildren, Kayla, Cheyanne and Banks as well as one brother and two sisters. She is predeceased by her loving husband, John, her parents, Cornelius and Katharina Wiebe, parents in law George and Katherine Klassen, her son David, her granddaughter, Sarah, as well as two brothers and three sisters. She will be lovingly remembered by all that knew her. 

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at Parkside Memorial Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. with burial at Hillcrest Cemeter, Swift Current, SK. Donations can be made to the Salvation Army in memory of Susan.
