DECLARE - Susan, 75 of Swift Current Saskatchewan passed away on Monday July 28, 2025 in Swift Current Saskatchewan. At her request, no funeral service will be held. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. 

Susan was born in Brandon, Manitoba to Morris and Kathleen Phillips on July 1, 1950. She attended Peacock High School in Moose Jaw, Sask and carried on to her first stenographer job at the Moose Jaw Union Hospital. Then moved on to the Royal Bank and finished her working days as a Child Care Provider.

She was married to Gerald Declare on October 9, 1971. 

Susan was predeceased by her parents Morris and Kathleen Phillips.

Susan is survived by her husband Gerald Declare. Her children Pamela (Dwight) LeBel, Jennifer Declare (Brad Cossette), James (Kimberly Bilanski) Declare. Grandchildren: Taneshea Francis, Joshuah Homister, Brett (Ariel Campbell) LeBel, Jonathon LeBel, Bliss Ries, Ashleigh Declare, Sasha Ries, Amaira Homister, Elynn Bilanski. Sisters: Carolyn (George) McLean and family, Christine (Bob Wishnevetski)Olynyk and family. As well as many more extended family.

The family of Susan wish to extend their sincere thanks to the doctors and staff at Cypress Regional Hospital in Swift Current, Saskatoon Cancer Clinic, Clover House, Home Care, Parkside Memorial Service.
